How to Not Be a Victim - Self Defence Explained

If your reading this article then chances are you have either been a victim in the past or you feel like you may be singled out to be a victim in the future. Well don't fear because with this article I am going to give you some tips which will help the attackers not pick on you,
and if they do I'm also going to make sure that they will remember the day they did.

First of all I am going to look at some solutions to keep you from being singled out by attackers.

1. The first point is about confidence, most attackers will pick on the weak or people that they think are weak so by portraying an air of confidence you are less likely to be attacked. On the other hand you also don't want to appear to confident because that also tends to rub people up the wrong way, but your far less likely to be attacked if your over confident than having no confidence at all.

2. Another tip is to stay in a group, if you're in a group you're less likely to get attacked and even if you do the chances are the fight isn't going to last long because of the attention a mass brawl will cause.

The two above tips are an excellent way of keeping safe however sometimes they don't work and if this is the case you will want to be prepared. The best way is either to learn self defence by attending classes or by reading self defence books.
